Property expert and professional homemaker, Alison combines her broadcasting career with writing her hugely popular, Really Useful Column for the Evening Standard, along with Bargain Hunter for the Daily Telegraph and Finishing Touches for the Observer.
She has also written several books, including The Streetwise Guide to Renovating Your Home. Most Recently she filmed a very successful strand for This Morning, Help I Hate My House. Other television series include Home In The Country, 60 Minute Makeover and Don't Move Improve all for ITV, Countdown to Christmas and Domestic Magic for Channel 5. Alison has most recently co-presented 2 prime time property shows Homes and Property on ITV. Alison also has a regular property slot on LBC Radio on a Sunday afternoon.
